Selecting The Brazilian National Football Team Will Never Be Easy

When Even Pets Want To Play Football, Selecting The National Football Team In Brazil Will Never Ever Be Easy

Given the high number of extremely talented football players from Brazil, choosing the national football team will never be an easy task for any coach.

National coaches in Brazil are always at loggerheads with the press, because on any given day there are probably fourty players who can aptly play a single position. Each individual has an idea of a team that will win the World Cup.

Brazilian football is somewhat different from football in the rest of the world. It's more a way of recreation and a pass time, a way of life, rather than being a tactical team game.
Ball handling skills that are entertaining to watch-ball juggling, clean fancy dribbles, etc - play a major role in football as a pass time in Brazil. This style of football is commonly referred to as "the beautiful game".

This could of course explain the high levels of success that Brazilian national football teams have enjoyed in World Cup campaigns. A football coach is at liberty to select from a variety of tactics, because virtually all the team members grew up practicing extreme ball handling skills as a form of self-entertainment rather than taking a must-do-to-win approach.

It's often said that the Brazilian National Football Team is the World's favourite football team. Obviously watching beautiful ball handling skills is not restricted to Brazilians.

What, however, is even more amazing is that the beauty of watching Brazilian football does not seem to be unique to humans. Pets in Brazil have been known to want to play football with their owners.

Take for example Fred the chicken. Fred would always chase the football when the ball went out of bounds when his owner was having a game with friends. It would try to peck the ball to make it move. Fred's owner took notice. He noticed that the football was too heavy for Fred the chicken to move. So he bought a much lighter ball and a small net. Believe it or not, Fred the chicken knows how to "shoot" and aim for goal and score!

Then take Mona, a Border Collie female dog. Not only does Mona join her owners in playing football, Mona knows how to header a football!

Someone once commented that perhaps its something in the water in Brazil that makes both humans and animals alike such skillful football players.

When even pets Want to play football in Brazil, selecting the National Football Team In Brazil Will never ever be easy for any coach.

We wish all Brazilian National Football Teams success in their efforts to preserve the beautiful game and win as many World Cups as possible whilst doing so.
